Green Choice Philippines Seal of Approval

The Green Choice Philippines Seal of Approval is an ecolabelling programme by the

Philippine Center for Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development, Inc.

As part of its environmental criteria, products certified are produced without the use

of toxic fluorescent whitening agents, not manufactured using dyes and pigments

containing heavy metals, and uses not more than 60 cu.m./ ton of tissue paper

product.

Philippine DENR Environmental Compliance Certificate

Quanta Paper Corporation manufacturing plant in Mabalacat, Pampanga is granted by

ECC by the DENR Environmental Management Bureau, Region III. The certificate

attests that Quanta Paper is monitored on a regular basis and subject to the

conditions and restrictions set-out by the ECC.

SGS Chain-of-Custody Certificate to Mondi, Quanta Paper VP Supplier

Mondi South Africa Richards Bay Mill, Quanta Paper supplier of virgin pulp has

been assessed and certified by SGS as meeting the requirements of Chain-of Custody

in the following standards: FSC-STD-40-004 V2-0 Standard for COC Certification,

and FSC-STD-40-005 V2-01 Company Evaluation of Controlled Wood.

 FSC certification assures that wood fiber was obtained in a responsible manner that

protects habitats, soil and worker rights.
