Area Sales Manager
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales team in his area of assignment. The work of an ASM combines sales task with managerial responsibilities. As such, the duties and tasks of an ASM involve organizing and supervising members of the sales team and making sure that their set of targets is consistently achieved.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management or any business - related course.
At least 10 years of working experience in Sales obtained from consumer goods industry
10 years total experience in handling distributor accounts and key accounts
At least 5 years experience in a sales leadership position
