Administration Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY 

The position is in charge of overseeing the non-living resources of the company which includes but are not limited to vehicles, equipment and facilities.  The Admin. Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all required permits and certificates to run equipment or operate a facility are in place and regularly updated.  The Admin. Supervisor likewise ensures the Company’s compliance in all government policies pertaining to Occupational Health and Safety Practices, Emergency Response and Fire Prevention. 

EDUCATION 

Graduate of any four-year Bachelor’s course 

WORK EXPERIENCE 

At least 3 years’ experience in the same capacity 

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS 

  • Fleet management 

  • Facilities Management 

  • 5S of Good Housekeeping 

  • Knowledgeable in OSHA 

  • Strong negotiation skills 

  • Budget management  

  • People management 

  • Knowledgeable in the application and processing of business permit, license to operate, and other regulatory and statutory requirements
