Distributor Manager
JOB SUMMARY |

The DM is the point person in all of the Company’s dealings with distributors. He is responsible for developing plans to build up weighted distribution in his assigned territory and developing in-store visibility plans in coordination with distributors. He is responsible for the achievement of business objectives, including but not limited to sales distribution, collection, merchandising, and profit. He is responsible for developing productive long-term relationships with current and future distributors via mutually agreed upon strategies, plans, and programs. |

EDUCATION |
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, management or any business – related course |
WORK EXPERIENCE |
At least 2 years’ FMCG sales experience is required. At least 2 years’ experience handling distributors Institutional accounts management is an advantage. |
