- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- First Aid, CPR know-how
- Thorough understanding of implementing rules and regulations pertaining to government-mandated health benefits
- Critical medical thinking
- Bedside manner
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and systematic
- High level of integrity
As Company Nurse
- Provide first aid to employees for simple ailments. Dispense needed medications and provides advice as necessary
- Assist an employee who meets accidents or ailment on the job to accredited hospitals
- Schedules annual physical/medical exam and dental appointments of regular employees.
- Monitors and checks HMO billings.
- Coordinates with HMO regarding reimbursements.
- Monitors medicine stocks. Request for replenishment as needed.
- Formulates and implements DOLE- Mandated Polices such as Drug-Free Workplace Policy, Hepatitis B Policy, Tuberculosis (TB) Policy and HIV-AIDS Workplace Policy.
- Maintains records of Medicine inventory, employees filed sick leave, medical summary report, accident/illness report logbook.
- Process SSS Maternity Notification and benefit, sickness and EC claims.
- Raise Healthcare Awareness through information campaigns, wellness-focused learning sessions, or one on one consultations
As Safety Officer
- Preside over regular meetings of the plant safety committee
- Prepare and submit clinic report for health and safety monitoring
- Orient new employees on safety practices in the plant
- Raise safety awareness through information campaigns, activities
As QPIRA
- Attend FDA- required trainings and accreditations
- Submit required documentations related to FDA permits and accreditations
- Attend meetings and updates for QPIRA organized by the FDA
Others
- Assist in the implementation of Employee programs and Corporate Social Responsibility programs
- Handle special projects and tasks related to position as directed superior
- Adhere to company policies, rules and regulations and code of discipline
- Willing to report in Paralayunan, Mabalacat City, Pampanga
- Schedule : Mon - Fri 7am - 4:30pm & Saturday 7am-12noon
