JOB SUMMARY 

A Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company's manufacturing operations, products, business processes, and employees comply with applicable laws, government regulations, industry standards, company policies, ISO requirements, and sustainability requirements.

EDUCATION 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Legal Management, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage, particularly for a managerial position.

WORK EXPERIENCE 

• Atleast 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in compliance, quality assurance, internal audit, regulatory affairs, risk management, or manufacturing.
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, paper, packaging, or similar industrial environment is an advantage.

• Experience in:

• Managing ISO 9001:2015 compliance and audits
• Conducting internal and external audits
• Monitoring regulatory and statutory requirements
• Preparing and maintaining compliance documentation
• Investigating nonconformities and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinating with government agencies, customers, suppliers, and certification bodies
• Developing and implementing company policies and procedures
• Preparing management reports and compliance assessments
