Customer Service Manager



The Customer Service Manager provides direction, instructions and guidance to the CSR Team. Ensure that the team members are providing high quality customer service in line with the company's core values. The CSM is responsible in providing a productive and motivating work environment, and addressing any issues from customers or clients. Maintains & releases record of By-SKU, By-area, By-Salesman and By-Channel Monthly Sales Data to all stakeholders.


Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course or equivalent


Experience handling the same function as a Manager of Supervisors

  • Thorough knowledge of products and services of the company
  • Organizational skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Adept in the use of ERP (e.g SAP) and Analytical tools such as Power BI
  • High level of integrity.
