JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for coordinating the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of raw materials and finished goods to support business operations. The role ensures timely deliveries, accurate inventory records, and effective coordination with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal departments while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.

EDUCATION 

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE 

• At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of logistics performance metrics, including On Time In Full (OTIF).
• Ability to monitor and improve OTIF performance.
• Understanding of logistics KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, and delivery lead time.
• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate timely deliveries to customers and company branches.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Implement warehouse safety procedures, 5S, and Good Warehouse Practices.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve delivery and inventory concerns.
