JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for maintaining the company's computer systems, network infrastructure, software applications, and user support services. The position ensures the continuous operation of IT resources, assists in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supports the implementation and maintenance of information systems to improve business operations.

EDUCATION 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE 

• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in IT support is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, PHP, C#, or C++ is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred but not required.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS 

• Knowledge of computer hardware installation and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data security, and information confidentiality.
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
• Perform other MIS-related duties assigned by management.
