JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all sales activities, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, customer standards, and quality management systems. The role works closely with the sales, operations,warehouse,logistic and quality assurance teams to minimize compliance risks, maintain accurate records, and support continuous process improvement.

EDUCATION 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Legal Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related to.

WORK EXPERIENCE 

• At least 1–3 years of experience in compliance, sales administration, quality assurance, or a related role (experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage).

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS 

• Knowledge of compliance regulations, documentation, and audit processes.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong Personality.

• Leadership Skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
