JOB SUMMARY 

The Shift Engineer is responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations during an assigned shift, maintaining production efficiency, and coordinating with production and maintenance teams.

EDUCATION 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Manufacturing-related engineering fields preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE 

• Manufacturing or production plant experience is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for some engineering positions, but experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
